I highly recommend her cleaning services! She has been cleaning my house for the past two years, and she is extremely professional and detail-oriented. She does an amazing job and, most importantly, she is reliable and never misses work.

I absolutely loved the work Daniela and her team did! They were so punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. They paid attention to every little detail and left my home spotless.

You can really tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing a great job. They were also very friendly, respectful, and careful with everything in the house.

And the best part my home smelled absolutely amazing afterward! It had that fresh, clean feeling that makes you want to stay home and enjoy it.

Pink Hands is a residential cleaning company based in Stroud, proudly serving homes throughout Innisfil and Barrie. The company was created with a simple belief: good service begins with a conversation. We take time to understand each client’s needs, explain what is included, and follow through on what was agreed.

Meet the Founder

Daniela, the founder of Pink Hands, has always loved transforming spaces through care: organizing, noticing the details, and giving attention to the corners that are often overlooked. For her, caring for a home is also a way of caring for the people who live there.

The idea for Pink Hands grew from that sense of care and from listening to people who felt something was missing when they hired a cleaning service: genuine attention to their home. Daniela wanted each client to feel that their space was being respected and cared for as thoughtfully as they would care for it themselves.

She created Pink Hands so that, after a tiring day, clients can open the door, feel a sense of relief, breathe, rest, and enjoy their home without facing another task. With daily life already asking so much, her goal is to truly help by caring for each space with attention and warmth, giving clients more time for themselves, their families, and the moments that matter.

You may be present during the service, or we can arrange a way to access the property in advance. Access instructions must be confirmed before the visit.

Yes. We bring the products and equipment needed for the agreed service. Your estimate will explain which materials we provide and whether anything needs to be available in your home.

Yes. We also offer recurring cleaning services on a biweekly or monthly schedule.

It may. The time required depends on the condition of the home and the service requested. A first visit may require extra attention in areas with a buildup of dirt.

Yes. Please let us know which animals live in your home and share any important instructions. During the cleaning, pets should remain in a safe area away from cleaning products and wet surfaces.

We use cleaning products according to the manufacturer’s instructions. We cannot promise the complete absence of risk, so children and pets should remain away during application and until the area is dry and ready for use according to the product label.

Please tell us in advance about allergies, sensitivities or specific needs. Fragrance-free or eco-friendly product options may be available with advance notice.

The more organized your home is, the more time we can dedicate to cleaning and detailed care. Clothes, personal belongings and other items should be put away to make surfaces accessible. Otherwise, organizing these items may reduce the time available for cleaning.

If your routine is busy, you can request an estimate that includes organizing. We can then reserve the necessary time to take care of everything without requiring you to organize beforehand.

These services are available as add-ons and must be requested when receiving your estimate. Preparation instructions will be provided before the visit.

The duration varies according to the size and condition of the home and the type of cleaning requested. We will provide a time estimate when arranging the service.

We accept electronic transfer or cash. Payment must be made after the visit is completed or by the end of the day.

Please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period will follow the condition provided in your booking confirmation.

Please contact us as soon as possible and describe the area that needs attention. We will review the agreed scope of service and arrange the appropriate next step.

Yes. If a visit is cancelled and the service resumes on the next biweekly date, the interval between cleanings will be approximately one month. The next visit will therefore be charged at the monthly cleaning rate because the longer interval may require additional time and work. Once the biweekly schedule resumes, the usual biweekly rate will apply again.
